The world of portable power develops rapidly every day. More and more portable devices are designed for customers to make their everyday life easier. Millions of people use laptops for different purposes. Some of them use computers just for entertainment while most part of people use them at work. Everyone has a friend or a relative in a foreign country. In order to keep in touch with each other we send emails form our laptops. As for me I have Hp laptop because this brand has long life Hp laptop batteries. Most of my classmates enjoy using HP laptop. We have lecturers every day and can’t cope with home tasks without computers. Laptop is a really great invention!

Windows XP Firewalls

Microsoft launched the Windows XP firewall to help combat their customers concerns over security. As a single firewall it will only protect the computer it is installed on, unless the system is using internet sharing in which case the firewall will protect all networked computers. Activating the Windows XP firewall is simple and achievable by using the Start menu. Access the control panel and then your network and internet connections. Simply select “Firewall”, turn it on here, and you are done.

Computer Networks Made Easy

Setting up a computer network is probably easier than you think. Many of the settings are automatically configured. Your computer network will be either wireless and wired using ethernet cables. For a wireless network you will need the name of the wireless network, and possibly a passkey. Get this information from the administrator of the network. With a wired network connect the ethernet cable from your computer to the nework switch/hub. Then setup the network addresses.
